We stand by the quality of our baby products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items purchased on mcroma.com.
4.2 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Baby Clothes: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
- Strollers & Gear: Must be in the original packaging, unassembled, and free of any signs of use.
- Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, items like pacifiers, teething toys, and opened bottles are non-returnable.
- Baby Toys: Must be in their original, unopened box.
4.3 Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for high-value items like strollers. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4.4 Refund Process
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
